When your hair looks great, you feel great, so we understand that choosing the right hairdresser can be a big decision.
During your consultation, your stylist will listen to your needs, loves and hates, and try and solve your hair problems with the right style and aftercare advice to give you great hair 365 days a year. Weddings are a speciality at The Mount, with a dedicated hair-up team who can tailor your requirements to your budget, and can look after your party at an outside venue or within our wedding room. Based on our training with wig charity My New Hair, we can also style wigs to suit you in a private room. We offer free consultations if you would like to discuss your hair requirements with our team. Please feel free to bring any pictures if you would like.
NB/ Colouring services may require a skin test 48hrs prior to service.

All children’s hair cuts age 0–16 may be dry or washed hair, as you prefer (a blast dry only is included – for a full blow dry please book a cut and style).
Please note that if you are booking a blow dry with curling e.g. for a special occasion, then please book this as a hair-up service rather than a blow dry to allow for the extra time required.

Prices and 60 minute timings are approximate depending on the styling required. For best hair up results please arrive with your hair clean and dry. Colouring and Perming
At The Mount we are now charging for all technical treatments on a bespoke basis, depending on the time taken for the service, and the length and thickness of your hair. We have included some examples below to help you with booking online. You may choose to see a different level of stylist for different services.
